Hampstead Norreys is a vibrant and welcoming village with a thriving community shop, school, pub and recreational area, which includes our village hall. Our appearance in the final of the 2018 Village of the Year competition illustrates how active our residents are and the range of activities and events that take place within our village. The Parish Council are committed to ensuring that they help maintain the well-being and appearance of the village and work hard to ensure that facilities and groups are supported throughout the village. The Parish Council holds responsibility for the Dean Meadow and playground and also supports the maintenance of the Churchyard and the cricket pitch. There is also continuing support for the Village Hall, including its planned expansion.

We've seen a rise in dog fouling around the village, and it's creating unpleasant conditions for everyone. Responsible pet ownership means picking up after your dog - let's work together to keep our community clean! Find information on how you can report it and help us to tackle the problem.
A gentle reminder to all residents: please check your verges and any overhanging vegetation near footpaths. Keeping them trimmed ensures everyone - walkers, families, and those with mobility aids - can move around safely.
