Grants
Hampstead Norreys Parish Council provides financial support to local organisations through two types of grants. All grants are awarded in line with the Council’s Grants Policy, which sets out the eligibility criteria, legal powers, and decision‑making process.
Regular Annual Grants
Regular Annual Grants provide predictable, recurring support to a small number of organisations that deliver ongoing benefit to the parish. These grants are reviewed each year as part of the Council’s budget‑setting process.
Organisations receiving a regular annual grant must submit a short annual request confirming the purpose of the grant, work carried out in the previous year, and continued community benefit. They must also notify the Council before the November budget meeting if they anticipate needing an increased level of funding for the following financial year.

Small Grants Fund (Ad Hoc Applications)
The Small Grants Fund supports one‑off or occasional requests from local groups and organisations. These grants are typically for small‑scale projects or activities that provide a clear benefit to parish residents. The Parish Council has a maximum of £200 budgeted for Small Grants.
Applications must be submitted using the Council’s Small Grants Fund Application Form and will be considered at the next Parish Council meeting.
