Neighbourhood Plan

A Neighbourhood Plan is a community-led framework that guides future development, land use, and local priorities within the parish. It must be driven by residents – not the Parish Council – though the Council can offer support and guidance throughout the process. Hampstead Norreys Parish Council is not currently developing a Neighbourhood Plan. If you’re interested in leading its creation and forming a steering group from within the community, please contact the Council to discuss how to get started.
